Method
Seven steps. The client always knows where they stand.
The methodology is not decoration. It is how we avoid getting lost: each phase has a purpose, a deliverable and a criterion for moving to the next.
- 01
Diagnosis
We start by understanding the current situation: implicit goals, constraints, available data and what has already been tried. Diagnosis is not an endless inventory; it is the minimum needed to decide with rigour.
- 02
Objectives
We agree in writing what success would mean for this engagement. Objectives are specific, time-bound and compatible with what can actually be observed.
- 03
Scope of service
We define what is included, what is not, timelines, responsibilities and dependencies. A clear scope keeps the project from dissolving, and keeps expectations shared.
- 04
Execution
We carry out the work within that scope. If something new appears, it is discussed and included only if both parties agree.
- 05
Indicators
We track the metrics agreed at the start — not vanity figures invented afterwards. Each indicator has an owner, a source and a shared reading of what it means.
- 06
Reports
We communicate progress at the cadence we committed to: what was done, what the indicators show and which decisions are worth taking.
- 07
Continuous improvement
We review what the indicators show and adjust the work within the agreed frame. Improvement is not a slogan: it is the habit of correcting with evidence.
